London | Mumbai: Canada Life has entered into a multiyear transformation and managed services agreement with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), marking a significant step in the insurer’s technology modernization strategy across its European operations.
The multimillion-euro partnership will see TCS leverage AI and digital capabilities to modernize Canada Life’s IT infrastructure services, improve operational resilience, and enhance user experiences across Europe.
Under the agreement, TCS will support the modernization and management of Canada Life’s data centres, core infrastructure, end-user computing, and software lifecycle management.
The initiative is designed to increase automation, strengthen operational resilience, and deliver enhanced technology services for customers and business users.
The partnership brings together TCS’ technology expertise and the operational knowledge of Canada Life teams to create a strong foundation for the insurer’s long-term technology transformation journey.
The program is expected to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and performance-driven IT services while helping Canada Life accelerate its technology strategy and achieve stronger business outcomes.
